The purpose of PMSI´s RRE Setup is to facilitate the transfer of CMS Reporting data among the Required Reporting Entities (RREs), their TPAs and PMSI.

This form should be completed after your company´s Authorized Representative and Account Manager have completed the CMS Registration process since you will not be able to save your input and continue at a later time.
